About our association

„We look after and support Russian-speaking families from abroad whose sick children are being treated in German clinics.“

Our association would like to offer East European families with sick children support and assistance while they are reliant upon treatment in Germany. 
We know what the affected families need. This is why we provide committed help as regards social and psychological aspects and also advise in medical and legal matters.
We support the affected parents in everything that the treatment of their child involves. This starts with dealings with the authorities and reaches to the search for accommodation and to daily chores such as shopping for food – we will help.

Our vision

When children become seriously ill, this usually presents the whole family with a tough challenge, because everyday and family life are fundamentally changed. Making this even more difficult is the fact that treatment rarely takes place in the familiar environment and sometimes not even in the home country. 
We have made it our aim to offer assistance to sick children from East Europe and their families in this difficult time, when everyday means of support fail. The treatment of children with cancer for example is very expensive and thus almost inconceivable for many affected families. So that these families do not lose hope, we are committed to helping them.

We would like to come to their aid when they cannot find their way around this foreign country and to assist them for their whole stay in Germany. They can always contact us with their questions and we give solace and hope with our work. 
 Our activity is meant to show these families that they are not on their own.
Because sick children and their families need hope.
